In order for us to make duplication of your CD/DVD, audio, video or any other
media, you must be the owner or creator of the media, or have the permission from the original owner or creator.
The Canadian Musical Reproduction Rights Agency Ltd. (CMRRA) is a non-profit music licensing agency, which represents the
vast majority of music copyright owners (usually called music publishers) doing
business in Canada. CMRRA administer copyrights for their members and will help you
obtain a "mechanical license" that will permit you to legally record and make
copies of the songs if you paid for the license. If you want to do
the duplication for video or data disc, you must be the creator or owner of the contents or
have the permission from the owner or creator.
You should also have the license or permission to use the
photos, logo, or any artwork you supply to us for printing. It is your own
responsibility to obtain all the license and permission for us to do the job.
